After nearly twenty years of being ISO certified, Fascia Graphics, has achieved another three year ISO 9001:2008 accredited certification for its Quality Management Systems. The Chippenham based company completed their two day audit in September 2015 with no non-conformances.

Fascia were again found to meet all of the requirements, which include top management commitment to quality, customer focus, adequacy of resources, employee competence, process management (for production, service delivery and relevant administrative and support processes).

ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard that gives requirements for an organisation’s Quality Management Systems (QMS). These standards provide customers with the confidence that Fascia Graphics consistently provides goods and services that:

  • Meet customer needs and expectations
  • Comply with applicable regulations

Paul Bennett, Managing Director of Fascia Graphics commented:

“After almost twenty years as an ISO certified supplier, we have again demonstrated our systematic approach to quality management; ensuring our customer needs are clearly understood, agreed and fulfilled. As part of this three year registration period, we will also continue to monitor customer perceptions about the quality of the goods and services provided.”

Pete Moseley, Lead Auditor, AJA Registrars, commented:

“I was particularly impressed by the knowledge of all the staff at Fascia Graphics, as they all have a deep understanding of the processes and systems. Fascia continues to improve controls ensuring targets and performance criteria are monitored and achieved. All manufacturers should aspire to achieve this level of conformity.”
