The Machine Building show, the UK’s only event dedicated to the machine building industry, will be returning to Birmingham’s NEC this September. The 2014 show will feature products and components aimed at the machine builder and system integrator, and will include a free-to-attend seminar programme covering a range of interesting topics.
Among the companies exhibiting this year are igus, ODU UK, Aerotech, Machine Building Systems, Laser 2000, Kanya and Placepower.
Last year’s event was hailed a great success thanks to the high quality of visitors attending, many of which showed great interest in the products on display and were keen to discuss applications and new projects with exhibitors. The 2014 show will build on this success by covering an even more comprehensive range of products.
The Machine Building show is organised by Datateam Business Media and Trident Exhibitions. Kathryn Ambrose, show organiser, commented: “The 2013 Machine Building Show was a great success, and we expect this year’s show to be bigger and better, offering everything the machine builder needs under one roof.”
The Machine Building Show 2014 will be co-locating with the highly successful Sensors & Instrumentation show, Micro Nano Mems and TCT Live. Interplas and PPMA will be taking place at the NEC at the same time.
“The co-location will encourage even more visitors through our doors. The ability to visit six shows in one place will mean visitors will get the chance to see a huge range of products and technologies all in the one place,” explained Ambrose.
The events, which are free to attend, will be taking place on 30th September and 1st October. Visitor registration will be opening soon on the websites.
