Nemco, the Stevenage based contract electronic manufacture (CEM) and electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has achieved AS9100 accreditation.
AS9100, the internationally recognised aerospace industry quality management standard, was awarded following extensive audits of the facility.
The approval strengthens the company’s ISO 9001 accreditation and comes on the back of the UK Aerospace and Defence industry’s SC21 award achieved by Nemco in 2012. The SC21 programme aims to deliver a globally competitive UK supply chain within the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space sectors.
