Our range of products includes:
MultiSeal ® PRO Sealing Tape. This adhesive tape range is a double sided polyurethane tape designed to act as a seal against moisture ingress, dust and air. It is coated with a high quality UV cured acrylic adhesive which contains no solvents; giving very low outgassing and preventing damage to delicate electronic components. The coating has a very smooth even surface which gives excellent bonding to glass and many different substrates with very good ‘’wet out’’. The adhesive has a high cohesive strength with excellent resistance to high/low temperatures. It also has a differential adhesive strength meaning that the bonded parts can be taken apart for inspection, rework or maintenance without leaving an adhesive residue on the surface. MultiSeal® PRO Sealing tapes are available either on a roll in standard 12mm, 19, and 25mm widths and in various thicknesses including 0.4mm, 1mm and 1.4mm. We can also supply bespoke die cut shapes to fit your specific product.
Eurobond EB600 range of acrylic tapes are high performance tapes designed to bond just about any material combination. They are 100% acrylic adhesive and will offer very high strength resilient permanent adhesion. It can be supplied in a roll format or again as bespoke die cut shapes.
Eurobond EB300 range is specifically designed for bonding low surface energy materials such as nylon, glass, polypropylene, polyethylene etc. The EB300 range of acrylic tapes are high performance tapes designed to bond just about any material combination. They are 100% acrylic adhesive and will offer very high strength resilient permanent adhesion. It can be supplied in a roll format or again as bespoke die cut shapes.
Penloc® Structural Adhesives This is a world class range of, fast curing, two component structural adhesives. Penloc® 1:1 is a high performance multi-substrate bonding adhesive, designed to bond most metals, modern composites, carbon fibre, GRP, glass, most plastics, concrete, stone, Corian and many other materials in just 5 minutes. It can tolerate extreme temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and usual weathering conditions. It demonstrates excellent resistance to impact, vibration and thermal shock. Penloc® HP is designed for metal applications that require powder coating after bonding. It has all the characteristics of our standard grade Penloc®, but will tolerate up to 180°C for short periods.
Penloc® 1-1R is a unique non-odour structural adhesive, ideally suited to poorly ventilated work areas or indeed for site-work where the use of odorous materials may be prohibitive. Penloc® VT Plus is a thick and longer cure time structural adhesive that will cure to a handling strength in approx. 30 minutes. It is non-sag, has excellent gap fill capabilities and is resistant to salt water.
