Key Benefits of the Easy Assembly Electronics Enclosure
Unique Dual-Action Lid: The Easy Assembly Electronics Enclosure features a push-button clip mechanism that secures the lid to the base quickly and easily, eliminating the need for screws. This design significantly reduces assembly time and costs. For those who prefer a traditional approach, the lid is reversible. Simply turn it 180°, and a brass insert aligns with the button hole, allowing for a countersunk screw attachment.
Enhanced Assembly Efficiency: The enclosure includes PCB ledge supports near the upper rim of the base, allowing you to place your PCB effortlessly without screws. Moulded springs in the lid gently and securely hold the PCB in place, further improving assembly time and efficiency.
Maximized Internal Space: Unlike standard enclosures, which often have obstructions such as screw pillars, our design eliminates these barriers. This allows for edge-to-edge PCB capability in both the lid and base, maximizing the PCB footprint. Additionally, the absence of internal ribbing ensures more space for components, addressing a common issue with traditional enclosures.
