According to Rittal, its ‘Blue e’ cooling units are often used to control enclosure temperatures in workshops or on shop floors where they cannot be heard above
other equipment.
Now, however, the company has introduced the TopTherm ‘Blue e’ roof-mounted cooling unit range, designed for use in quiet environments such as laboratories or offices.
These units feature nominal outputs of 1.1kW. The ‘Blue e’ cooling units benefit from the intelligent and targeted use of energy, electronically commutated
(EC) fan technology and are proven to achieve energy savings of up to 45%. Nanocoated condenser coils negate the need for filters and an integrated electric condensate evaporator maintains an efficient supply of cooling for longer periods of time.
