A new partnership between Seratech Engineering and Prototyping and Essentra has enhanced process efficiencies for the company. As a developer of customised, specialist mechanical engineering machines, Seratech sought a dependable partner to simplify the process of ordering its wide variety of specialised, high-quality components.
Recognising the need for an all-in-one provider of components, the company turned to Essentra which recognised the problem and gave Seratech instant access to over 45,000 individual components – from caps and plugs to cable ducting, cable clips and rocker switches. Following a number of consultations, provision of free samples and free CAD drawings, the result was a bespoke partnership that addressed Seratech’s concerns over efficiency and quality.
