Premium fastener manufacturer BUMAX has expanded its global footprint to countries throughout Eastern Europe with Budapest-based Tibor Prezenszki at the helm.
The company now has a permanent presence at the Budapest office of its mother company Bufab in Hungary. BUMAX will focus is on establishing the BUMAX brand and better supporting customers across the Eastern European region – particularly in the Baltic states, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, the Balkans and Turkey. Tibor Prezenszki has been hired to lead BUMAX activities in these countries as the company’s Business Development Manager – Eastern Europe.
“With our new base in Budapest, BUMAX will be better able to bring the latest stainless steel fastener solutions to customers throughout Eastern Europe,” said Tibor Prezenszki.
“Eastern Europe has the potential to become a booming market for BUMAX in the coming years, with untapped market opportunities and significant projected growth. In particular, we see significant opportunities in applications related to space, aerospace, defense, marine and nuclear.”

Tibor Prezenszki has 20 years of experience in sales and general management in Eastern Europe with companies Ewellix and SKF. He has a Master of Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
