To keep pace with demand for its MCS aluminium frame and machine construction system, HepcoMotion has established a separate factory adjacent to its main linear motion products production site in Tiverton, Devon.
One of the products now manufactured at this new site is the MCS – RapiLok, a new style of profile connector for the MCS system that creates a rigid, right-angled joint in seconds. Cross drilling of profiles is a thing of past and only one profile needs to be tapped, no additional components are needed. RapiLok saves time, cuts costs and the resulting joint is also anti-rotation and therefore suitable for twisting loads.
