The Roller Pinion is engineered with needle bearings and rollers to handle higher torque loads while delivering high accuracy, all with Zero Backlash and unmatched performance. Used with Nexen’s Rack with proprietary tooth profile, two or more rollers engage the teeth in opposition at all times to eliminate backlash. This design allows engineers and integrators to create systems that perform in the most demanding applications, regardless of length, speed, or geometry.
