Automate UK, organiser of the PPMA Show 2026, have announced the stars of the Innovations Eleven live demonstration theatre.

Of the 350 exhibitors and 1,500 brands attending this year’s event, Automate UK has selected 11 to debut their latest products and services within the live demo theatre.

Scott McKenna, Chief Operating Officer at Automate UK, said: “This gives these exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their machinery for the very first time in the UK as the PPMA Show TV team broadcast their demonstrations in real-time from their stands. As the broadcast is screened to visitors in the live demo theatre, experts will talk attendees through the process of each innovation and answer questions from the audience, providing them with the key information they need to understand the impact the solutions will have on their operations.”

The Innovations Eleven exhibitors will launch their technology in a series of morning and afternoon sessions scheduled throughout the event, with EFAFLEX, Videojet, Industrial Washing Machines and Secomack presenting on the first day of the show. Bizerba, Schneider Electric, REECO and OAL Group will unveil their innovations on day two, with Newtech Intelligent Automation, Rotech and Thingtrax hosting their exclusive launches on the final day of the show.

Scott added: “We’ve chosen these exhibitors to present the very latest relevant technology to support operations throughout the manufacturing sector. These machines have been designed to enhance productivity and minimise human error while streamlining processes, saving time and supporting sustainability strategies.

“The demo theatre has proven a successful means to allow visitors to see groundbreaking solutions in action prior to discussing the technology, its benefits and suitability for their businesses with the experts themselves,” he said.

The demo theatre:

Tuesday 22 September

  • EFAFLEX UK will launch its EFA-SRT MS USD machine production upside down safety door, a reliable, space-saving and low-maintenance high-speed door developed for heavy-duty industrial applications, with an innovative upside-down design with advanced safety.
  • Videojet will launch its 9310 Label Applicator, designed to simplify label application while delivering more consistent and predictable performances by reducing manual adjustments, simplifying changeovers and minimising unplanned downtime.
  • Industrial Washing Machines will demonstrate how advanced Siemens control technology combined with hygienic machine design produces smarter, data-driven washing processes, providing manufacturers with greater visibility, efficiency and performance with real-time monitoring of water, chemical and energy consumption.
  • Secomak‘s new DryGuide Plus, a high-speed container drying system, designed to remove residual water from bottles and cans before labelling, coding, sleeving, inspection and packaging, will be the final demonstration of the day.

Wednesday 23 September:

  • Bizerba will demonstrate LeakSecure, an automated in-line leak detection solution designed to help manufacturers protect product quality, improve food safety and reduce waste by identifying packaging defects immediately after sealing.
  • Schneider Electric will showcase its next-generation Lexium MC12 multi-carrier transport system, which uses digital twin technology to give manufacturers greater flexibility to adapt their manufacturing and production processes faster.
  • REECO will host a live demonstration of the AgiBot G2 humanoid robot alongside the X2 Ultra, showcasing the current capabilities and future potential of humanoid robotics within industrial environments.
  • OAL will introduce the Fenceless Pick & Place Robot, a new generation of industrial robotic automation designed specifically for food manufacturers to enable high-speed robotic automation to operate safely alongside people, making automation possible in factories where space has previously been a barrier.

Thursday 24 September:

  • Newtech Intelligent Automation will launch the roboPICK Automated Pick-and-Place Packing Cell, an automated pick-and-place packing cell designed to tackle some of the fresh food industry’s toughest automation challenges: high SKU variety, diverse outer packaging and frequent changeovers.
  • Rotech Machines will present the Leibinger IQJet, showcasing how intelligent continuous inkjet printing technology can simplify operation, reduce solvent consumption and provide reliable start-up, even following periods of inactivity.
  • Leanne Howard and Allan Carney from Thingtrax will demonstrate how Vision AI and Real-Time Manufacturing Performance data can help manufacturers improve quality, compliance and productivity across their packaging operations.

PPMA Show 2026 will take place from September 22-24 at the NEC, Birmingham.
