Available from Intertronics, ‘adhere’ ADH9105 is a precision engineered application specific one-part adhesive for the high technology industries. This offers high impact, humidity and temperature resistance, and a flexible bond, enabling its use where gap filling and resistance to vibration, thermal shock or motion compliance are required.
This high viscosity black rubber toughened formulation can tolerate temperatures up to 105°C (125°C intermittently) and is peel and cleavage resistant. Curing in seconds, it will not droop or sag before cure is completed.
The adhesive is suitable for bonding metals, plastics and rubbers, providing a bond of suitable flexibility, and is even capable of withstanding wave/reflow solder processes.
