Analogue display does it all

ifm1705 mediumAll those sensors out there with a 4 to 20mA output now have a display AND a connection to the digital world. ifm electronic’s latest bright idea, the DP2200, is a compact device designed to both display an analogue value and convert the value into an IO-Link signal while giving the user the chance to set a digital switch.

It is a simple matter to fit the DP2200 into the line, as it features an M12 connector either side. Rocker switches are provided for local setting, if the remote facility of the IO-Link is not used.

The DP2200’s 4-digit alphanumeric display can be programmed to change between green and red depending on preselected conditions.  LED’s show the status of the transistor output.

ifm is committed to working closely with its customers to develop products which precisely match their needs, and the company provides expert, readily accessible technical support to help users maximise the benefits they gain from ifm products.
