Altair Engineering’s biennial UK technology event will be taking place on September 10th at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire.  Now in its eighth year, the conference has grown from a HyperWorks user conference into a PLM technology event in which over 350 delegates are expected to attend.

According to the company, the conference attracts speakers from world leading companies who will discuss current business challenges facing UK industry today, share their vision for the future of engineering and demonstrate the development of innovation in their industries.

Speakers this year will reveal how they have used Altair’s virtual simulation suite, HyperWorks, to develop innovative products. The sessions will cover solver technologies for accurate structural analysis, optimisation for optimum product performance, multi-body dynamics applications, manufacturing simulation, revolutionary methods for designing with composite materials, and much more.

This year’s technical speakers come from, EADS, Jaguar Land Rover, Supacat, Gestamp and many other leading companies.

“It’s the event of the year in the UK for networking,” said Ray Long of Tata Steel Automotive. “It is an interesting day with a good range of speakers over diverse disciplines,” said Simon Lytton of Aston Martin.

The event is free to attend and registration is now open. Details of the agenda can be found at:  www.altairhtc.com/uk
