Founded in 1923, Rencol Components has a longstanding tradition of manufacturing standard components. At Southern Manufacturing 2017, Rencol will exhibit their growing range of plastic and metal knobs, handles, hand wheels, clamping handles, levers, index plungers and levelling feet. In addition, Rencol Components will present a recently expanded range of positioning hinges and lift-off removable hinges.
Rencol Component’s new hinges include 8 new designs in a total of 17 variations. Three new positioning hinges compliment Rencol’s existing Model 01 HI adjustable torque positioning hinge. The new positioning hinges feature either a constant torque or détentes for applications where doors must be held open at any angle between fully open and closed (constant torque) or at a predetermined angle (détentes).
Five new removable lift-off hinges for cabinet construction give quick, easy door removal for a multitude of applications including aerospace, catering, construction equipment, computer/IT, exhibition, industrial machinery & tools, marine, medical, railway and telecoms.
The hinges are available at low minimum order quantities and from stock at their Bristol warehouse.
