RS, a trading brand of RS Group, a global omni-channel provider of product and service solutions, today announced it is continuing its sponsorship of the ‘Tech for Good’ award at the 2023 FDM everywoman in Technology Awards, which each year celebrate the achievements of women in technology. RS continues to support this initiative as a part of its commitment to driving change and helping the industry toward a more sustainable and inclusive future through people and innovation.

The FDM everywoman in Technology Awards shine a spotlight on the tech industry’s most exceptional talent, from the UK and beyond, providing an opportunity for companies and individuals to put forward candidates for categories celebrating all stages of their career journey. The winner of the Tech for Good award will be presented to a woman who has been judged to be driving forward an initiative that uses technology to make a positive difference: this could be as part of a social enterprise for diversity and inclusion, or a focus on sustainability, or in any other area of impact.

The closing date for entry into the awards is Monday 24 October 2022. Companies, organisations or individuals can submit their details of the nomination with all their supporting evidence at: everywomanforum.com/everywoman-in-technology-awards/nominations.

Leading RS’ participation in this initiative is Adele Baker, New Ventures Development Director at RS, who has a background in corporate sales, research and innovation and is passionate about gender parity in the workplace: “We are once again proud to support the everywoman awards and we praise its drive for gender parity in the workplace.”

The awards’ Judging Day will be on 19 January 2023, when successful entrants will be selected as category winners. The awards ceremony will be held at Westminster Park Plaza in London on 9th March 2023.
