When travelling without a load it is common for a truck’s body to rattle due to the vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces. Over time, this can cause damage to the chassis and even cracks in the body.
So, in response to customer demand, Edbro has introduced the Body Clamp. This is said to be suitable for use with most tipping vehicles and is proven to stop empty bodies from rattling in transit, preventing damage to the chassis and tipper.
The product, which is available in either steel or aluminium, has also been shown to reduce noise pollution for the benefit of the operator and the environment.
