TTI, a specialist distributor of electronic components, has won the TE Connectivity Global Broadline Distributor of the Year 2018 award for its outstanding sales performance. TE Connectivity’s Distributor Awards, held on the 20th of February in San Diego, USA, celebrate the company’s top performing distributor partners based on sales and market share growth, customer satisfaction and business plan performance.

The award recognized TTI’s strong POS growth globally, which substantially exceeded the company’s business plan commitments and drove it to break significant thresholds across many markets, including Asia. As a further testament to its sales excellence, the TTI Family of Companies was revealed to be the first TE Channel partner to generate over half a billion POS dollars in a single calendar year.
Announcing TTI’s award, Richard Clark, Director Global Accounts, TE Channel Business Unit, said: “TTI’s significant inventory investments and greater field engagement in Europe have created a platform that enabled strategic programs to drive growth well beyond revenue targets.”
According to Clark, TTI’s continuous commitment to driving results in a market that is challenged by supply constraints, for example throughaccelerating its differentiated investment practices to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributed to the award.
