The CS basic range of aluminium enclosures from Rittal is now available from stock in a range of standard sizes with either single or double doors.
Solidly constructed, these feature an open base suitable for immediate mounting on a standard plinth and an integral rain canopy with in-built ventilation. Internal mounting based on accessories from the company’s TS 8 cabinets allows an extensive range of configurations to be quickly and simply achieved, with examples including various positions and sizes of mounting plates, and 19” angles.
Rated to IP55, when equipped with optional gland plates, the basic CS range includes a three point high security locking system, internal hinges and, for crane transportation of a fully integrated unit, concealed eyebolts.
The enclosures are suitable for a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, transport, road and rail, along with infrastructure industries such as water and electricity supply, where the installed equipment is either passive or has minimal heat loss.
