Brownell has acquired Diatero France, a provider of humidity and moisture protection products which was established in 2000. The new company will be known as Brownell Diatero, reflecting the strength of the companies brand values.
Brownell provides a comprehensive range of products for preventing the problems caused by condensation, high humidity and over pressure. These are typically used in applications such as electrical, electronics, optical, transit/storage containers, laser systems, sealed enclosures, gearboxes and telecomunications.
The acquisition brings together the considerable experience of both companies, combining knowledge of more than 70 years in the field of humidity control and moisture protection and a strong platform for European growth.
A strong focus for Brownell Diatero will be developing new business opportunities in France and Europe.
