Aimed at miniature applications are the A 6A18M… Series 1mm pitch timing belt pulleys from Stock Drive Products (SDP). These clear anodised aluminium alloy pulleys are available in 17 sizes from 18 to 75 grooves and are designed for 3mm and 6mm wide belts (also stocked by the company).
The pulleys are offered with double flange and no flange options, pitch diameters ranging from 5.73mm to 23.87mm, and bore sizes ranging from 2mm to 5mm. Pulleys with 18 to 45 grooves have one set screw, others have two at 90°.
