There are just two weeks to go before the Sensing Technology exhibition opens its doors to visitors.

The event takes place this year on 25-26th September at the NEC, Birmingham, and will give visitors the chance to see the latest products and technologies – including sensors, test and measurement equipment, data acquisition solutions plus much more.

A stroll around the stands at Sensing Technology 2012 will give visitors the chance to not only see these new products, but it will enable them to witness live demonstrations and speak to knowledgeable members of staff about product features and the applications in which they can be used. Some companies are even using the exhibition to launch new products to the UK for the first time.

Among the companies exhibiting this year are: Aeroflex, Bronkhorst, Burkert, Huba Control, igus, Impress Sensors & Systems, Ixthus Instrumentation, Micro-Epsilon, Michell Instruments, National Instruments, Sensor Technology, etc.

There will also be a comprehensive seminar programme, covering such topics as:
• Wireless structural monitoring via the Cloud
• How new technology is changing the game in high accuracy pressure measurement
• Mobile measurements made possible with smart phones and tablets
• FOUNDATION for remote operations management (F-ROM)
• Production process optimisation using Micro-Coriolis techniques

Sensing Technology 2012 will be co-located with MM, MEMS and NANO in Hall 3 at the NEC, Birmingham, with Mediplas and TCT Live in Hall 3a, and the PPMA show one Hall away.
